Refund requests may be granted if:
- You HAVE NOT received the activation/license key from the web portal, or by email, or by postal mail, or by telephone, or by web chat, or by other means.
- Support team did not help you to setup your website, application or software on your system to make it live.
- Damaged products will be replaced at no cost or refund will be given to the customer.
- A refund request usually takes 10-14 business days to reflect in customer’s account depending on the bank used for payment.
Refund requests will not be granted if:
- You HAVE received the activation/license key from the web portal, or by email, or by postal mail, or by telephone, or by web chat, or by other means in original and good shape without any damages. And have already used / activated the application / software etc.
